Process:

(1) Silicone mold preheating. The silica gel mold is heated to 60-70 ℃ in advance. If the mold temperature is too low, incomplete curing will occur, resulting in poor physical properties. The mold temperature has a direct relationship with the dimensional accuracy of the test pieces.

(2) Vacuum deaeration. The two liquids A and B are respectively vacuumed in the vacuum box for more than 30 minutes.

(3) Pouring. Place the containers containing liquid A and liquid B respectively in the operation room. After the operation room is vacuumized, mix liquid B from time to time to make it de bubble for 5-10 minutes. Pour liquid A into liquid B and stir for 30-40 minutes, then quickly pour it into the silicone rubber mold. The atmospheric pressure shall be restored within 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds from the beginning of mixing.

(4) Cure. The mold can be demoulded after curing for 30-60 minutes in a constant temperature oven at 60-70 ℃. If necessary, conduct the secondary curing for 2-3 hours in the thermostat at 70-80 ℃.
